Our Story
With over 20 years in the construction industry, we’ve seen firsthand how labour needs have evolved across Australia. What was once a market dominated by long-term, permanent roles has shifted toward agile, project-based workforce solutions, driven by rapid infrastructure growth and changing economic conditions.
We partner with businesses nationwide to source the right people, from local and international talent pools, ensuring skilled, semi-skilled, and general labour needs are met efficiently and compliantly.
Our approach is grounded in insight. By analysing industry data and collaborating closely with stakeholders, we identify critical workforce gaps and deliver targeted solutions that keep projects moving.
As the construction landscape continues to change, so do we. Over the years, our network and expertise have grown well beyond labour hire. Through our education division, ICBM has become a trusted guide for international students pursuing university pathways in Australia and South Korea - connecting them with the right institutions and supporting them every step of the way.
Most recently, building on Chairman Chun's extensive background in agriculture and international trade — including his directorship at Taebaek Plateau Ranch and leadership across global trade organisations - ICBM has expanded into beef export, connecting accredited Australian producers with verified buyers in South Korea and beyond. This is not a new direction for our people; it is a natural extension of the expertise and networks we have spent decades building. As with everything we do, we enter this space with long-term partnerships in mind - not transactions.
Three divisions. One commitment - to connect the right people, students, and markets with opportunities that matter.
